Our client, a very large, Federal Government Organisation, are Seeking the experience of a Senior Remuneration Analyst for a 12 + 12 month contract.

Responsibilities the Remuneration Analyst:

• Conduct annual reviews of LES remuneration (salary and non-salary benefits) salary scales across 100+ overseas missions.
• Apply actuarial data and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments.
• Ensure consistency, defensibility, and strategic alignment of remuneration decisions.
• Perform annual rollovers of data, remap PowerQuery connections, and validate formulas.
• Lead procurement of remuneration data from market data suppliers

Experience & Skills Required:

• The role requires high-level technical and professional expertise in HR, accounting, Excel (including PowerQuery)
• Experience with analysis of remuneration and economic data.
• Provide high-level professional advice on remuneration strategy and methodology.
• Ensure the model supports centralised data processing and scalability across all countries.
