The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to make a global impact. As a Global Remuneration Analyst, you will deliver annual salary reviews for staff across more than 100 international locations. You will maintain and enhance a complex remuneration model, integrate external market data, and provide defensible recommendations that guide workforce decisions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct annual reviews of international remuneration scales
• Maintain, validate, and enhance an Excel/PowerQuery-based model
• Source, procure, and integrate market data into salary frameworks
• Document methodologies and provide clear, audit-ready records
• Engage with overseas stakeholders to capture local context
• Deliver professional advice and contribute to continuous improvement

Skills and Experience

• High-level technical and professional expertise in HR and accounting
• Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery
• Strong capability in analysing remuneration and economic data

Security Clearance

You must be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum NV1 clearance.
