About the Position
The EL1 Global Remuneration Analyst supports a federal government department in managing global staff salaries across 100+ overseas missions. This role ensures salary decisions are accurate, fair, and data-driven.

Duties

• Review overseas staff remuneration annually
• Maintain and update salary analysis model
• Source and integrate market data
• Collaborate with mission stakeholders
• Provide strategic remuneration advice

Requirements/Skills

• Australian citizen, NV1 clearance eligible
• Expert Excel skills, including PowerQuery
• Experience in HR/accounting and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication with stakeholders
