About the role

Bendooley Estate is seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our team. This full-time position is based at our beautiful venue in Berrima, NSW. As a Cook at Bendooley Estate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a wide variety of high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce

Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Collaborating with the Chef to develop and refine menu items

Providing guidance and mentoring to junior kitchen staff

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook in a comparable hospitality environment

Certificate IV in commercial cookery, or other related field

Strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service
