About the Role
As a Production Cook, you’ll be hands-on in preparing high-quality, chef-inspired frozen meals at scale. Working alongside our dedicated kitchen team, you’ll help deliver consistency, efficiency, and excellence in every dish.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and portion meals according to recipes and production schedules

Operate and maintain commercial kitchen equipment safely and effectively

Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance)

Work collaboratively with chefs, kitchen hands, and supervisors to meet production targets

Assist with stock rotation, labelling, and quality control

What We’re Looking For

Commercial cookery qualification or proven kitchen/production cooking experience

Strong knowledge of food safety standards in large-scale or high-volume production

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
