We’re looking for a reliable and passionate Short Order Cook to join our North Sydney takeaway sandwich shop. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants work-life balance with no nights or weekends.

What you’ll do:

Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard

Assemble fresh sandwiches and assist with daily food prep

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

Manage stock rotation and assist with ordering

Support the team during busy service periods

What we’re looking for:

Previous cooking or café kitchen experience

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Reliability and attention to detail
