Smith & Loveless (Willoughby, NSW) is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to partner with our experienced industrial and municipal wastewater equipment teams in this environmentally focused industry.

A Technical Sales Representative at Smith & Loveless supports operational functions related to industrial and municipal wastewater equipment and spare parts. This role is integral in supporting sales initiatives across various product lines and regions.

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming email and phone calls and disseminate as necessary

Handle spare parts quotes

Handle industrial screen inquiries and quotes

Handle small municipal screen inquiries and quotes

Provide liaison with MMFX and other suppliers / fabricators

Provide support for smaller regional trade shows

Maintain and update databases

· Visit and maintain client relationship with key industrial clients

· Assist with bid preparation on larger projects

What you bring

· 3 to 5 years B2B sales experience in a technical sales role (preferrable wastewater treatment).

· Background in mechanical or other relevant engineering field is highly preferred

· Australian citizenship is required for this position.

· Experience with CRM software and inventory management systems.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
