About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our team in Sydney. This full-time role is all about growing our footprint across NSW’s independent food and wine scene. You’ll be the face of Arquilla Bonfood predominately in the Western Suburbs — building customer relationships, driving sales, and helping more people discover the true taste of Italy.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale, hospitality, and retail clients

Identify and onboard new customers — from restaurants to delis to boutique bottle shops

Represent a curated portfolio of premium Italian food and wine brands

Ensure a strong in-store presence, product visibility, and effective merchandising

Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

About You

You’re a confident communicator with a passion for Italian food and wine

You’re self-motivated, well-organised, and commercially minded

You’ve got sales experience (ideally in FMCG and specialty foods)

You have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history

You build strong, long-lasting client relationships

You’re hands-on, adaptable, and love working in a dynamic industry

What We’re Looking For

B2B sales experience in the food, wine, or hospitality sector

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to present, negotiate, and close sales effectively

CRM familiarity and a proven ability to hit sales targets

A proactive mindset and love for quality-driven products
