We’re looking for a Campus Services and Support Team Leader to join our team at The Gordon bringing strong contract management skills, stakeholder management and the agility to manage multiple services with confidence and care.

As our Campus Services and Support Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations across all campuses. From cleaning and pest control to waste management and space coordination – you’ll be the go to person ensuring everything runs like clockwork. This role manages soft services, oversee contractors and provide critical support to our internal teams – all while keeping our campuses clean, safe and running smoothly.

Work closely with our Facilities Manager, leading the charge in support services strategy, service delivery and ongoing improvements across the organisation

Previous leadership or management experience isn’t essential – your ability to manage services and relationships and is ready to step up and lead from the front is key to succeed in this role.
