About the Role:
As the Service Delivery Team Leader you :
Are a supportive coach and are available for your team.
Will foster strong relationships within the team and understand individual needs.
Will develop and inspire to achieve your team’s goals.
Are mature-minded in your thinking and decision-making.
Will oversee the scheduling of resources, including service board allocations, on-site visits, and project resourcing.
Will jump in to work tickets when not leading your team, utilising your excellent problem-solving skills.
Be an escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests.
Will drive initiatives to provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with other teams to develop solutions.
Have excellent emotional intelligence over the phone and in person.
Your Technical Skills Include:
5+ years’ MSP experience in IT support role with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Certificate IV in IT Support (or equivalent) or higher.
Experience with IT Service Management software (e.g., ConnectWise or similar).
Windows (Server, Desktop, AD, DNS, DHCP)
Office 365 Cloud Environment (Azure AD, conditional access policies, Exchange online, MDM)
