About the Role
As Lead Carpenter, you’ll be more than just “on the tools.” You’ll lead by example, guide apprentices, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet Ambrose Building Group’s high standards. You’ll be involved in a variety of residential projects – from extensions and bathroom/kitchen renovations to detailed decks and custom finishings.

Must Haves

5+ years of residential carpentry/building experience

Strong knowledge of all aspects of carpentry and building

Your own full set of tools

Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence

White Card and relevant safety training

Confidence running day-to-day site operations

Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused attitude
