Key Responsibilities

As our Production Team Leader, you will:

Operate various food manufacturing equipment

Ensure smooth operations via great communication and problem solving

Oversee the daily production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met

Support the training and development of new team members

Assist in troubleshooting production line issues and implement improvements

Ensure all health, safety, and quality control guidelines are followed

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

previous experience in a food production or bakery setting

A genuine desire to take on leadership responsibilities and grow within the company

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A proactive approach to problem-solving

Understanding of safety and food handling standards

A positive attitude, with the ability to motivate others
