The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma qualified Room Leader in a permanent full-time role. You’ll enjoy set shifts Monday to Friday, providing stability and consistency in your week.
As Room Leader, you’ll guide and support a small team of educators, contribute to program planning, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the curriculum. This centre places strong emphasis on educator wellbeing, offering professional development, regular non-contact programming time, and above-award pay.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• Have strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
• Be an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment
• Build strong and lasting relationships with children and families

You will also need (or be willing to obtain):

• Current Working With Children Check
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Child Protection Training (RRHAN)
