We’re on the lookout for an experienced and people-focused Senior Supervisor / Team Leader to help lead operations at Café De Vili’s, located in Blair Athol.
This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about high-quality food, hospitality, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to café management. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Café Manager, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and every customer enjoys a memorable experience.

About the Role
As the Senior Supervisor / Team Leader, you’ll be the right-hand support to the Café Manager, ensuring daily operations are seamless and the team is confident, engaged, and performing at their best. You’ll take charge of shift operations, lead from the floor, oversee food safety and quality standards, and step up to coach and mentor staff.
Key responsibilities include
· Support day-to-day café operations, on afternoon (midday through to evenings) and weekend shifts
· Act as 2IC and team leader, ensuring work is delivered to brand and standards
· Oversee rostering, team coordination, and stock/order management
· Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
· Respond to customer feedback and service issues with care and professionalism
· Assist with onboarding, team training, and performance development
· Monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, cost control, and team performance
· Work within Redcat and manage cash balancing, end-of-shift reporting, and POS systems
About You
You’re confident running a shift and naturally step into leadership. You’ve likely worked as a café or fast-food supervisor and are ready for a more senior leadership role in a well-known, high-volume venue.
You’ll bring:
· 3–5 years’ hospitality or food service experience
· Previous experience supervising small teams
· Knowledge of kitchen/café safety standards, ordering, stock rotation
· Familiarity with hospitality POS systems or similar
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· RSA certification
· A hands-on, can-do approach and ability to lead by example
· Availability for afternoon and rotating weekend shifts
