Key Responsibilities:

Provide vital day-to-day support to the project team, handling document control, correspondence, and coordinating meetings to keep projects moving smoothly.

Manage project finances through accurate job costing, processing subcontractor invoices, progress claims, and payment schedules.

Oversee site logistics and resources, including registers for vehicles, plant, equipment, and project leave records.

Support financial reporting and controls by checking invoices, reconciling suppliers, managing purchasing, and assisting with cost forecasting.

Champion safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are consistently met

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of project administration experience, preferably in construction or plumbing

Experience managing civil or commercial projects from initiation to completion

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)

Experience with project scheduling and document control systems ie Hammertech

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of construction project lifecycles and methodologies

Familiarity with WHS regulations and quality assurance processes

Experience with contract management and budget oversight
