The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

This role reports directly to the Director

Provide technical expertise on waterproofing & coating systems

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities

Administer lump sum quotes, subcontracts & the like

Manage & deliver contracts to program & on budget.

Lead site teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Troubleshoot project problems & productivity issues.

Undertake site inspections of projects & Co-ordinate supplier inspections. Update all QMS / QA / ITPs for the projects.

Prepare submissions of contract variations & monthly progress claims

Management of any defect rectification works

Provide EOM reporting to Director.

About You

Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial waterproofing

Strong knowledge of building industry and construction methodologies

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, SimPRO, Procore, Aconex, Visibuild, Complibuild, etc)

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
