What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be a key part of the team, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting clients and stakeholders across the business.
Expect your day to be varied and fast-moving - no two days will be the same!
Some of your tasks will include:

• Providing insights and updates to the National Operations team
• Supporting brokers with overdue renewals and client communications
• Managing inboxes and making sure urgent items are actioned quickly
• Investigating billing issues and helping with payment allocation
• Processing failed transactions and dishonoured payments
• Handling straightforward policy changes and cancellations
• Updating system records and correcting processing errors
• Preparing for renewals and assisting with client enquiries
• General admin and team support as needed

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, reliable and eager to learn
• 1–2 years of admin, customer service, admin or office experience (retail/hospitality welcomed)
• A confident communicator who thrives in a busy environment
• Great at solving problems and using your initiative
• Comfortable working closely with a team and managing priorities
• Familiarity with insurance or professional services is a bonus but don’t worry if your background is in a different industry.
