RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with National Operations to provide insights and performance updates
• Support brokers with lapsed/overdue renewals and premium funding communications
• Manage inbox triage, ensuring timely action on critical items
• Resolve billing issues, allocate payments, and process approvals for outstanding balances
• Follow up on failed transactions and dishonoured payments
• Handle basic policy changes and cancellations
• Maintain system records and address processing errors
• Assist with renewal preparation and general client service inquiries
• Perform various administrative and support tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Friendly with a can-do attitude
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Great problem solving skills; able to use your initiative and critical thinking
• Team Player - you will be working closely with your team and various stakeholders
• Familiarity with insurance operations and processes.

This role is a permanent full time position, Monday - Friday.
