About the Role:

As a Customer Support Operator, you’ll be the voice of our business—helping clients with loan applications, account queries, and document support. You’ll deliver professional, friendly service across phone, email, and online channels, ensuring every customer has a positive experience with Safe Financial Group.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Operator to join our team with the opportunity to eventually grow into our Assessing Department. You'll start by working alongside our experienced operators and loan assessors, gaining hands-on training in our CRM system and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and our client portal.

Assist clients with new loan applications and manage existing loan accounts.

Guide clients through document submissions and application requirements.

Deliver professional, timely, and friendly customer support.

Progress into assessing loan applications.

Strong numerical aptitude

While previous experience in finance is not essential, we are particularly interested in individuals who have a clear, assertive phone manner and a positive “can do” attitude, with experience working in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
