The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to support our mortgage broker. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience from initial application through to settlement.
You’ll be working directly with an experienced broker who will take you under his wing, offering valuable mentorship and the opportunity to broaden your exposure across the lending process. This role is designed to be flexible, perfect for someone looking for full-time or part-time hours, and while ideally based in Brisbane, we are open to candidates across the East Coast of Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end loan process from application through to settlement
Liaise with banks, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth progression of applications
Maintain compliance and accurate records in line with industry standards
Provide high-quality customer service and communication at every step
Support the broker with pipeline management and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a mortgage brokerage or lending environment (essential)
Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team
Flexibility to work from home with reliable systems and structure
