The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering personalised, high-quality advice and prides itself on fostering long-term client relationships. With a focus on clarity, strategy, and exceptional service, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Client Services Manager to support ongoing growth.

The Role

As Client Services Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client experiences while supporting the advisory team. This is a client-facing role requiring both technical knowledge and a genuine passion for building trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering timely and professional support.

Prepare and manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate adviser diaries, schedule reviews, and support meeting preparation.

Liaise with external providers (e.g., superannuation funds, insurers, accountants) to progress client strategies.

Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data integrity.

Provide operational oversight, helping to improve processes and workflows.

About You

We’re seeking someone with:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client services role within financial planning, wealth management, or professional services.

Strong client relationship and communication skills, with a service-first mindset.

Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Knowledge of financial planning processes and platforms (e.g., Xplan) will be highly regarded.
