Our clients are a wealth management firm based in Brisbane CBD that focus on providing advice to High-Net-Worth clients. They are currently experiencing growth at the moment and looking for a Client Service Manager to join their team.

Our clients have a unique model where they are a high touch, low volume business with a heap of support, so your time will be spent focusing on high value tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of onboarding new clients and assist advisers with client maintenance.
• Liaise with wrap platforms, margin lenders, super funds, fund managers, insurers, and share registries.
• Record client requests, conversations, messages and work completed so advisers can monitor.
• Maintain spreadsheets for all IPO, capital raisings, entitlement offers etc.
• Book and prepare for client meetings as requested.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay up-to-date with markets, strategies and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional client service

Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in Financial Planning
• XPLAN experience highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
