Sell, sell, sell! Our Sales Manager's core purpose is to develop new customers and manage existing client relationships across the building and construction industries.

You'll work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager to lead communication to market for all CATO and StreetSTRONG services, while owning the sales pipeline from first contact through to quoting and handover.

Based in Sydney, the role will cover both current and new territories across NSW. Service offerings vary depending on local demand and opportunity, so flexibility and initiative are key. Interstate travel will occasionally be required to build relationships, secure work, and grow our client base.

With CATO, your focus will be growing traffic management services within the building and construction space — specifically within the Sydney region, working closely with our traffic and ops teams to quote accurately and align with delivery capacity.

With StreetSTRONG, the focus is expanding our urban surface treatment products, StreetPrint, DuraTherm, Luminokrom, and StreetStrong, across Sydney, Canberra, and greater NSW.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven sales role that also requires a good understanding of how jobs get scheduled and delivered, so you can quote confidently and set the team up for success.
