We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Multi-Site Restaurant Manager to lead operations across two of our vibrant locations.

Position Overview
We are looking for a switched-on, hands-on leader who can oversee the day-to-day operations of two sites, working closely with dedicated Assistant Managers at each venue. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver operational excellence across all areas—from staff management to events coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Management
• Oversee daily operations of both sites to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain brand consistency, operational standards, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor Assistant Managers and venue staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training.
• Events & Promotions
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Financial Management
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of both sites.
• Manage payroll, rosters, and labour costs to meet business targets.
• Customer Experience
• Maintain exceptional service standards and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Actively engage with guests to ensure a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Multi-Site Manager in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, payroll, and rostering effectively.
• Event planning and execution experience.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Proficient in POS systems, rostering software, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
