Now, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Front of House Manager to bring that same passion for people, service, and storytelling to our dining room.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

· Overseeing the smooth running of all events

· Daily management and resolve customer complaints

·Train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house staff

· Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and service flow

· Manage staff rosters and scheduling

· Order supplies, manage budgets

· Maintain a high standard of staff presentation and venue appearance

Who we’re looking for

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management

· Must hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate

· Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management

· Skilled in team management, rostering, and daily operations

· Fluent in both Chinese and English with excellent communication skills

· Reliable, proactive, and able to work full-time on a stable basis

· Immediate availability is highly regarded
