With our operations continuing to grow, we are excited to welcome an experienced and motivated Admin / Allocations Officer with strong computer skills to our Fairfield East, NSW team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating daily transport allocations, managing customer orders, processing & filing delivery dockets, and providing general administrative support.
In addition to these core responsibilities, there will be a short-term period where this position will assist with extra administrative tasks to cover maternity leave. This is a valuable opportunity to gain broader exposure across the business and further develop your skills with additional responsibilities, supported by training and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily transport allocations and delivery schedules
Liaise with drivers, transport providers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries
Manage customer orders and enquiries, providing updates on delivery times
Process delivery dockets and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Assist with additional administration duties during the maternity leave coverage period
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in allocations or logistics coordination is essential
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, reporting, and data entry)
Must be confident and capable using computers for daily tasks
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with both internal teams and customers
Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills

Competitive salary of $75,000 + Super
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
