The Role
As our new Business Service Admin Officer, you’ll play a key role in our operations team, supporting clients and consultants with accuracy and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing new company registrations, trust deeds, and client orders
Responding and helping clients' enquiries via phone, email and online
Communicating with clients to confirm details and ensure compliance
Preparing ASIC forms and supporting documentation
Maintaining internal systems and accurate records
Supporting and contributing to a seamless client experience
General office administration to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For

Detail-oriented, organised, and take pride in doing things properly and quickly
A quick learner who’s coachable and open to feedback
Clear, professional communicator — written and verbal
Comfortable following structured compliance processes
Professional, courteous, and reliable in a small team environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and online platforms
Ideally, you have a tertiary qualification
Bonus: Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting admin, and familiarity with MYOB or Xero will be viewed favourably, but not required
Extra Bonus: Familiarity with ASIC or corporate documentation is helpful, but not essential
