About the role

As a Project Supervisor / Manager at Access Cabinets Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction & fitout projects in the Perth & occasional regional areas. Reporting back to the management team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with the factory production foreman & other subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position is based in our Balcatta office with regular site attendance required.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing all on-site construction activities and managing the workflow to meet project timelines and milestones

Coordinating and supervising subcontractor installers and associated trades to ensure efficient and effective project delivery

Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process and reporting these back to relevant personal.

Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards expected

Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, project stakeholders, and the wider project team

Preparing progress reports and updating project schedules as required

Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or Project Manager in the cabinetmaking & construction industry

Strong understanding of cabinetmaking & fitout methods, materials, and industry regulations

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications

Proven ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, overtime when required

Computer literate with ability to update assisting programs & apps
