As a Business Analyst specialising in Data & MDM, you will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to design, deliver, and enhance master data solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance across critical systems, enabling trusted insights and efficient business operations. You will document requirements, analyse master data sets, and ensure alignment with business and compliance needs.

What you will do

Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and analyse requirements for MDM and data initiatives.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.

Create documentation including use cases, specifications, and process flows.

Validate and test MDM rules to meet business requirements and standards.

Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance.

Analyse master data to identify trends, business rules, and improvements.

Support continuous improvement and troubleshoot data-related issues.
