As the BA - IDAM, you'll work with data, architecture, and security teams to design and deliver an enterprise-wide identity and access management solution. You'll define rules, align integrations with SAP, Azure and downstream systems, and ensure governance, compliance, and seamless access for users.

What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document IAM requirements
• Define business rules for identity lifecycle, provisioning, authentication, and access controls
• Translate business needs into functional specifications & solution designs
• Document data flows, integration points (Azure, SAP, Payroll, Finance)
• Support architecture and data teams on IDAM solution integration
• Prepare use cases, process flows, and technical documentation
• Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of IAM solutions
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and privacy requirements
• Collaborate with cyber teams to enforce access controls and audit trails

What you will have done

* 5+ yrs as a Business Analyst (Security/IDAM focus preferred)
* 1+ yr hands-on IDAM experience (Identity Governance, Access Management, PAM)
* Strong ability to analyse and document business processes & rules
* Familiarity with IAM tech: Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, MDM (Informatica)
* Proven stakeholder management skills (technical stakeholders, architects, security teams)
* Excellent documentation skills - user guides, functional specs, data/process flows
* Strong communication - able to explain complex technical concepts to mixed audiences
* Workshop facilitation & requirements gathering expertise
* Understanding of security principles incl. least privilege & compliance frameworks
