GlideScope®:

We developed the first video laryngoscope in 1999 and have since become the global market leader in video laryngoscope solutions. Today we offer a broad range of tools that include visualization systems, single-use and reusable blades, stylets, stats and video batons to support a variety of workflows and specialties.

BFlex™:

We introduced BFlex bronchoscopes in 2019. Since then, we have expanded the range of the BFlex product line to support a variety of patient types and procedures. BFlex single-use bronchoscopes combine the convenience and accessibility of single-use tools with the performance you expect from a reusable bronchoscope. Paired with GlideScope, BFlex delivers the industry’s first total airway solution.

BladderScan®:

We pioneered the field of ultrasound bladder volume measurement in 1984, and over the years we have offered solutions that minimize hospital acquired infections and optimize efficiency for users everywhere. Since then, we evolved the market to be the first to introduce an artificial intelligence technology, ImageSense®, leveraging real-world data to consistently detect and define bladder location, size and shape.

How will you add Value?

Business Management: As a Verathon Sales Representative you will strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon product lines. You will execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.

Be a Trusted Partner: You will generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems. You will manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Anaesthesia, ICU, Consultants, Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.

Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets: You will generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations. You will forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Understand your market: You will learn new industry and market information that allow you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy. You will engage in strategic business planning and execution and provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership.

You continually move the customer through the sales process and effectively negotiate with the customer based on a strong understanding of their constraints and priorities.

Passion for improving patient lives: You are passionate about medical technology in order to improve and save patient lives. You draw on your clinical acumen to build rapport and influence decision making and strategy.

The Basics:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

4+ years B2B outside sales experience, with experience in capital equipment, consumable sales, and selling into hospitals preferred.

Must be able to lift up to 25 kilograms and carry up to 12 kilograms.

Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle suitable for transporting our products and equipment which requires at least a mid-sized SUV or equivalent.

Must reside within the territory, Perth area preferred.

Overnight travel is required to cover territory, which can be on a short notice basis so you should not have any impediments. Additionally, there will be two, 1-week trips overseas in your first three months. Additional travel required for Global Sales Meeting and regional meetings, as needed.
