Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including inspections and leasing activities
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Prepare accurate financial documentation, including monthly statements and tax invoices
• Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and tenancy compliance
• Negotiate lease renewals, conduct rent reviews, and manage lease documentation
• Maintain professional communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors, resolving issues promptly

Selection Criteria

• Proven experience in Commercial Property Management
• A valid Property Management License.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• Confidence in negotiation and a proactive, hardworking mindset.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
• A reliable car and current driver’s license.
