The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Norwood. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of property maintenance: work orders, quotes, and insurance claims

Conduct inspections (routine, ingoing, and outgoing) and oversee make-good compliance

Communicate confidently with landlords, tenants, trades, and insurers

Handle lease renewals, arrears management, and tenant communications

Build strong relationships to ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Current Real Estate License (essential)

Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)

Experience in commercial or residential property management

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Organised, detail-driven, and able to manage competing priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Cirrus8 knowledge an advantage

A team player with a positive, professional attitude
