Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties

Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships

Oversee lease administration, rent reviews, and arrears management

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and CAPEX works

Prepare financial reports and budgets

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in commercial property management

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Current SA real estate licence (or ability to obtain)
