Join a company who has reinvented the way children, families, and professionals receive support, and they are looking for a key team member to help grow their business and new products.

You will have the option to change, as this role will start off more hands-on face-to-face with families and children, than transition to more management of team as we launch our new product.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on candidate who is ready to take ownership and drive growth. Based at our client's office in Rockingham, Western Australia, you will be responsible for both managing and actively participating in three key areas of the business:

Hands-on Tutoring & Education: You will support current tutors, conduct educational assessments to identify student needs and provide direct, one-on-one and small-group tutoring. Create new activities, cross reference frameworks to our new system that is changing everything moving forward!

Growing the NDIS Department: You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the company's NDIS services, including managing compliance, administration, and supporting families through their NDIS journey.

Corporate and new product growth: You will be responsible to work with the CEO and CTO in deployment of its new software work with the corporate partners, creating and delivering amazing activities.

As the company transitions to a new software application, you will play a crucial role in its successful implementation and the overall growth of the business, while support its current trading product and services. The ideal candidate will be extremely passionate about making a significant positive change in the current education, NDIS, and allied health systems.

Key Responsibilities

Transition and manage: Support the transition of closing certain departments, maintain current departments as we roll out our new products.

Tutoring & Classes: Plan, organize, and oversee all tutoring sessions and educational classes.

Holiday & Special Events: Design, plan, and coordinate engaging school holiday programs and events.

Team Management: Manage a small team of educators, including rostering, leadership, guidance, and professional development. Report and work with CEO and CTO

Student & Staff Wellbeing: Promote positive mental health practices, support social-emotional learning, and provide a safe, inclusive environment for both students and staff.

Systems & Administration: Develop and implement a new system to improve operational efficiency, monitor program effectiveness, and ensure compliance with relevant standards, including NDIS.

What We're Looking For

The right person for this role will have:

Strong Experience: Proven experience in company growth, team management, and creating educational plans for children and tutors. Preferred, PASSION is NEEDED!

Minimum Experience: Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in business growth and team management

Educational Assessment Experience: Experience in conducting educational assessments and developing individualised learning plans

Operational Skills: The ability to handle problem-solving, rostering, and administration with a high level of detail, particularly for NDIS compliance.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management, CRM systems, and ability to learn new software applications quickly

Passion & Drive: A strong desire to help grow the company and a deep commitment to improving the lives of children and families.

Relevant Degree (Highly Valued): A degree in Education, Allied Health, Mental Health, or Social Work is highly valued.

NDIS Requirements: NDIS worker screening check and relevant professional registration (e.g., AHPRA for allied health)

This can be a full-time or part-time position for the right candidate.
