Leading, coaching, and developing a finance team to ensure high performance and capability growth.

Driving process enhancements and embedding financial best practice across the function.

Overseeing core financial operations, including payables, receivables, and payroll.

What you’ll bring:

CA/CPA qualified with extensive post-qualification experience in financial management.

A strong technical grounding in accounting, reporting, and compliance

Proven success in leading teams and building capability within a finance function.

Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate financials into meaningful insights.

Experience navigating the complexities of a mid-to-large business, ideally with listed or corporate background.

A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
