Wats on Events is gearing up for an exciting new summer bar activation at Pavilion Social. We’re on a hunt for a Venue Manager leading the FOH team with respect to all operational facets. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of venue operations to ensure service standards align with company goals
- Manage day-to-day FOH functions including staffing, service delivery, inventory, and bar operations
- Monitor labour, cost of sales, and operational budgets, providing regular reporting and recommendations to maximise profitability
- Maintain service consistency through regular evaluation and continuous improvement
- Promote a strong customer-focused culture, resolving issues with professionalism and care
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and RSA compliance across all areas
- Oversee cash handling processes and investigate discrepancies
- Communicate and enforce company policies, ensuring high standards of performance and conduct
- Align entertainment offerings with the venue’s brand and customer expectations
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure seamless FOH and BOH integration

- Demonstrated experience managing FOH operations in hospitality
- Comfortable and confident in interacting with guests, enhancing their experience in a manner that aligns with our brand's vibrant atmosphere.
- Thrives in a fast paced, high-energy environment
- Able to work well in a team, supporting both front and back of house
- Is reliable, punctual and ready to hit the ground running
- Maintains a polished, professional appearance with a positive, can-do attitude
- Holds a valid RSA and understands the importance of responsible service and safety
