The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join our team. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of our brand, helping customers with their enquiries while keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Previous experience is a plus, but if you’ve got a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social platforms (including Facebook Meta).
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Keep clear and organised records of customer interactions and transactions.
Administration
Support day-to-day administrative tasks.
Use platforms such as 3PL and Australia Post for order fulfilment.
Maintain organised files, records, and internal documentation.
Assist the team in improving processes and workflows.
About You
Experience in customer service and/or administration.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to multitask.
Confidence using digital tools, including e-commerce platforms, Facebook Meta, and logistics systems.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
An interest in skincare or self-tanning products is a bonus!
