Telehealth Tech is seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy customer support professional to join our growing team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who values attention to detail, enjoys managing multiple tasks with efficiency, and approaches every interaction with calm professionalism and patience.
With the rapid growth of Telehealth, many examinees attending medico-legal appointments need guidance to connect successfully online. You will play an important role in ensuring examinees are set up and ready for their appointments, providing both administrative and technical support.
We're looking for someone with strong admin skills, clear communication, and an ability to troubleshoot technical issues confidently (with training provided). Flexibility, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting examinees ahead of their appointments via email and phone.
Conducting test video calls and assisting with platform walkthroughs.
Troubleshooting basic technical issues to ensure smooth connections.
Coordinating with doctors, case managers, and law firms as required.
Managing daily calendars of appointments.
Handling incoming calls to our 1300 number.
Supporting consent form completion and related admin tasks.
About You:
Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Calm, patient, and professional when supporting a wide range of clients.
Confident with technology and quick to learn (training provided).
A clear and respectful communicator.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Essential Requirements:
Reliable broadband internet connection.
Ability to work part-time, 4-5 days per week (generally 3–5 hours per day with some flexibility).
Professional home working environment.
Trustworthy, reliable, and efficient with strong time management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
Must have the legal right to work in Australia
Prior medical practice management experience is valued but not essential.
