This role provides vital support across administration, accounts, and customer service, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business locally and nationally. What you’ll be doing
Delivering professional and timely customer service across phone, email, and in-person enquiries
Providing administrative support to the sales, operations, and management teams, including preparing documents and coordinating tasks
Accurately entering and processing accounts payable invoices for the finance team.
Managing and organising shared inboxes, ensuring communications are prioritised and actioned appropriately
Preparing and sending invoices, credits, and statements
Coordinating travel bookings (flights, accommodation, car hire)
Organising vehicle servicing and general maintenance schedules
Handling general office administration and housekeeping as required
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or accounts support
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A professional, proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
