Senior Bookkeeper - Flexible, Engaging & Client-Facing Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join a friendly and professional team supporting a broad portfolio of clients - particularly in the medical and professional services sectors.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll work across multiple businesses, providing full-function bookkeeping with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and client service.

What you'll do:

Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a diverse client base

Run payroll, including super and entitlements

Oversee AP, AR, BAS, IAS and monthly reconciliations

Prepare financial and management reports

Liaise confidently with clients and external accountants

Use tools like Xero, MYOB, Excel, and MS Office daily

What you bring:

4-5+ years' experience in bookkeeping (ideally multi-client or outsourced)

Strong attention to detail and confidence in handling deadlines

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Proficiency in Xero and MYOB
