Rae Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established boutique accounting firm in Armadale, looking for a talented full-time Bookkeeper with solid MYOB experience to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is more than just a bookkeeping role, it’s an opportunity to be part of a close-knit firm that values your input and offers genuine flexibility, including one day per week working from home.

What you’ll be doing:

• Meeting with clients directly to discuss their accounts alongside an experienced Accountant
• Utilising MYOB on a daily basis
• General ledger
• Assisting with the preparation and lodgement of Income Tax Returns
• Assisting with BAS preparation and reconciliations
• Payroll for a variety of clients
• Accounts payable and receivables
• Keeping client files compliant and up to date

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience using MYOB is essential for this role
• Minimum 18 months’ experience as a bookkeeper
• Confident in client communication
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop
