Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for construction? We’re seeking a Waterproofing Estimator to join our dynamic team and help us deliver top-tier waterproofing solutions across commercial, and industrial projects.

About the Role

As our Waterproofing Estimator, you’ll play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive quotes, liaising with clients and suppliers, and supporting project delivery from start to finish. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your ideas are heard.

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural drawings and specifications to prepare detailed waterproofing estimates

Conduct site visits if required to assess scope and conditions

Liaise with clients, builders, and suppliers to gather pricing and project requirements

Prepare and submit quotations and tender documents

Track project costs and assist with budgeting and forecasting

Support the project team with technical advice and product selection

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in waterproofing estimation or related construction estimating

Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, materials, and application methods

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office, SimPRO, Bluebeam.

Driver’s licence and ability to travel to sites as needed
