THE BUILDER:
Our client is a well-established Melbourne developer and builder delivering wholesale and investment homes across the city’s growth corridors. They are seeking a Production Estimator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will enjoy the technical side of estimating, work well in a collaborative environment, and be a reliable team member who others can turn to for support.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), locked budgets, purchase orders, and site files
• Review project documentation, supplier quotes, engineering, and drawings for accuracy and buildability
• Work with construction, procurement, suppliers, and contractors to meet delivery targets
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team

Skills & Experience

• Experience with standalone homes (Custom or KDRB experience is an advantage)
• Mid to high-level construction knowledge
• Databuild Software proficiency or similar
• Minimum 3 years in a production estimating role working for a domestic builder in Melbourne
• Full Australian Working Rights
