We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the insulation industry. This pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing multiple insulation teams, coordinating job scheduling, maintaining stock control, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and support insulation installation teams.

Manage and coordinate daily and weekly job scheduling.

Oversee warehouse operations, stock levels, and inventory control.

Liaise with builders, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Implement and maintain workplace health & safety standards.

Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all processes.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in the construction industry (insulation experience highly regarded).

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of OH&S regulations and safe work practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Forklift licence and experience operating a forklift an advantage
