Baker Roofing specialises in all aspects of Roofing including Metal Roofing, Tiles and Slating. We are part of the HCR group with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We focus on impressing our clients and ensuring our employees enjoy their job.

The Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to run the project delivery part of business. The operations manager will work closely with the sales team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The operations manager will liaise with our clients on a regular basis.

Your Duties

· Ordering Materials from suppliers

· Scheduling jobs with both client and installers

· Managing installers insurances are up to date

· Managing project budgets

· Working closely with construction team

· Ensuring customers are well informed of proceedings for their job

· Scheduling safety systems are in place prior to starting

· Ensuring Risk assessments are done prior to work start

· Attending site for check measures and putting orders together

Your Experience

· You have excellent time management skills

. You have sound Roofing knowledge and have worked in a similar role

. You have exceptional customer service skills
