Full-Time Baker – $86,000+ incl. super (Above Award)

Tuesday to Saturday 2:30 am starts | 40 hrs/week + agreed overtime

We’re hiring a reliable, experienced trade-qualified Baker to join our well-established bakery. With over 30 years in business, we offer a stable, professional workplace that values quality, structure, and consistency.

You’ll work alongside three other skilled bakers and a dedicated customer service team, producing bread, pastry, sourdough, pies, and cakes to a high standard. Some customer interaction is part of the role, so a professional and friendly manner is essential.

Trade qualification + minimum 2 years’ experience

Confidence with pastry sheeter, doughs, and cake work
