About us:
NRNC is comprised of 120 beds within the facility, of which 100 are Commonwealth funded residential aged care beds, and the remaining 20 are State funded beds used for Interim and Transitional Care.
NRNC is divided into 3 wings, Cec Prichard Wing has 40 beds and provides care for general high care residents. Ivy Baker Wing has 40 permanent high care dementia specific beds. Westwood wing has 20 permanent high care beds, 20 flexible beds of Transitional Care and Interim Care beds (Huxham Unit).
About the role:
The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is a senior level clinician and manager who is accountable at an advanced level for leading, directing and coordinating the nursing and associated services within a clinical unit to provide the highest level of care to patients and meeting national and professional standards.
About you:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate.
- While not mandatory, a relevant post graduate qualification/s is preferred.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $164,212 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $66.85 - $72.58 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
