Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Finance Company to engage a Change Manager. This position is located in their busy Sydney office for a 12 month contract.

About the Position
The Change Manager will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies to support a major transformation program. This role offers the opportunity to shape the change approach from the ground up and deliver user-focused outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Duties

• Develop and deliver effective change management plans
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Design and implement communication and training programs
• Identify and address resistance to change
• Support compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements/Skills

• Proven change management experience in complex environments
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proactive, hands-on problem solver
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
