Project Management Consultant – Ground & Airport Experience
$1,100 p/d | 6-Month Contract + Extensions | Mascot (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Management Consultant to help shape and deliver high-impact initiatives across the pre-airport and airport journey — from kerbside to boarding gate.

This isn’t a role for someone who only tracks milestones; we need someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure, and proactively drives outcomes across both physical and digital projects.

The Role
You’ll lead projects that span airport facilities, ground transport and supporting digital systems. Day to day, you’ll be pulling together stakeholders from operations, marketing, IT, property and product to align on outcomes, set up strong governance, and keep delivery moving.

From space upgrades and transfer processes through to GPS-enabled transfers and booking system improvements, you’ll be driving initiatives that directly impact millions of travellers.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years’ project management experience in infrastructure/operational projects with digital integration.
• A consulting mindset — proactive, independent and solutions-focused.
• Experience in large, complex organisations with formal approval and governance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to “whip things into shape” while maintaining team harmony.
• Aviation, transport or other high-traffic operational environment experience highly regarded.
• Bonus: Big 4 or specialist consulting background where you’ve uplifted project management capability and ways of working.
